Rick Shea is an accomplished immigration law attorney with a thriving law practice, with offices in Florida, as well as affiliate offices strategically located in Washington D.C. and New York City.

With a diverse and extensive legal background, he has dedicated his career to providing unparalleled immigration legal services to clients worldwide.

 

During his tenure in law school, Rick had the honor of working closely with Professor Nadine Strossen, the former President of the ACLU and a preeminent scholar in constitutional law. His expertise in this field was further honed as he meticulously edited Professor Strossen's treatise on constitutional law. This early exposure to constitutional law has since served as a strong foundation for his practice.

 

Following law school, Rick gained valuable experience with the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office before embarking on a remarkable journey as a commissioned officer and military lawyer in the JAG Corps. His dedication to upholding the law and serving his country was evident throughout his military service.

Upon completing his military service, Rick chose to call Florida his home and established his practice, where he continues to provide exceptional immigration legal services. His commitment to his clients extends beyond borders, as he assists individuals and families from around the world in navigating the complexities of immigration law.

 

In addition to his legal pursuits, Rick has a passion for rugby, both as a player and an avid spectator. He also indulges in his love for literature by reading sci-fi, fantasy, and historical non-fiction. When he is not working diligently for his clients you can find him "on the beach or in the gym."
